It's almost Friday!

I can't wait for tomorrow! It means I actually get to sit down and read Harry Potter! Everywhere I look I see spoilers and everyone has read it but me it seems, so I must read it! Plus, Kalila shall hurt me very badly if I don't read it soon so she has someone to talk to about it. Does Harry die? Is he a horcrux? Does he end up with Jenny? Do Ron and Hermione stay together? The suspense is killing me!!!

The wait is OVER!!

The wait is over! I don't know how y'all have waited as long as you have, waiting three months has been killing me! I only got hooked on Harry Potter two months ago, and the wait has been no fun at all. : ( But tonight, I will be among the throngs of crazy people willing to stand in line for a book-but not just any book. The end of a fantastic series that has been thoroughly enjoyed by many. I can't wait for tonight! Plus, bonus-work is going to go really fast!

Fabulous Tuesday!

I just love Tuesdays. I am not sure why, but they seem to have a feel to them. They're better than Mondays because everyone is cranky on Mondays. Wednesdays everyone has church they are getting ready for, so they're rushed. And Friday everyone celebrates the weekend, which I normally work, so I don't really understand that. I guess I feel on Tuesdays what others feel on Fridays. I am usually off from work, I have my internship in the mornings, which I must admit is kinda turning me into someone who doesn't mind mornings. I'm not a morning person yet, and don't think I will be as long as I work retail. But I am seeing the appeal in already achieving stuff while others are asleep. I am also enjoying my devotional time in the mornings more than usual. Now if only I can keep getting up early, I would be set......

It's Friday!!!!

I love my internship, but I am so not a morning person, so this getting up at 6:00 thing is for the birds! But I close tomorrow, so I get to sleep in...I hope!

This blogging thing is so excellantly cool! I am rambling about stuff that probably only I am interested in, but what a fabulous tool to have at your fingertips. It's amazing the technology we have today that opens up so many avenues of ministry for God's glory. Let everything that has breath praise the Lord!

Another beautiful day!

It really is amazing living in Colorado. I get so accustomed to the soaring mountains, shimmering sunlight and cool breezes that I can very easily take them for granted. But then I am struck anew at the beauty and marvel at God's creation. People say that Colorado is God's country, and I am reminded once again how true that is. It doesn't matter if you live in Colorado or not, try and pay special attention to the beauty surrounding you today and give glory to God for His magnificent creation. He could have made the world a boring, ugly patch of ground, but instead He infused it with beauty and wonder because of His love for us. How great is our God!
